Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Islands Curated, we offer delivery services tailored to the size and value of your order, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Service Area: We currently ship exclusively to domestic addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Methods

• Insured Premium Transit: Smaller items and accessories are shipped via specialized ground carriers and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. To ensure the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery for all accessory orders.

• White-Glove Scheduled Delivery: For furniture or large-scale items, we utilize specialized carriers. Delivery times for these items typically range from 7–14 business days. This service includes scheduled delivery appointments.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email for all shipments.

• Inspection & Damages: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. For large items, visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt to ensure a smooth replacement process.

Split Shipments 

To ensure the quickest delivery of our curated finds, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages, from different specialized suppliers.
